  • How can I ensure that my inquiry has been received?

    If you have sent us a message or inquiry, you will receive an automatic confirmation email to the email address you provided. Also, our colleague will respond to it shortly. If you do not receive the automated response within a few minutes and it is not in your spam folder, there might be a mistake in the email address or another issue. In this case, please feel free to write to us again or call us.

  • Is the family room only available for guests with children?

    While our family rooms are most suitable for accommodating two adults and two children, they can also be ideal for up to four adults as they are equipped with four full-sized, standard beds.

  • Is there a possibility for discounts?

    For long-term stays, we always provide a customized offer, which depends on the duration of the stay, the number of rooms, the meal options, and our availability. Please contact us for more information.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is available between 14:00 and 18:00 (early and late check-in options can be found below), while check-out is required by 11:00 on the day of departure. If you plan to check out before 7:00 am, please inform the reception by 18:00 on the day before departure.

  • Is there an option for early arrival and late departure?

    We always strive to accommodate our guest’s needs, so early check-in and late check-out are subject to current availability. In the case of requesting early check-in, if your room is not yet available, you can leave your luggage at our reception, and we will store it for you until your room is ready.

  • Is it possible for me to modify or cancel my room reservation?

    We strive to handle each case flexibly! According to our general cancellation policy, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival, but this may vary for group or long-term bookings and depending on the season. The most flexible option is always available when booking directly, as with accommodation booking platforms, we may not always have the flexibility to individually assess similar cases.

  • Is it possible to arrive with a pet?

    It is possible to arrive with a pet, and the fee is €10 per night, subject to the following conditions:

    • The possibility of arriving with a pet depends on the availability of a pet-friendly room
    • It is necessary to inform us during the booking process
    • Only small pets are allowed
    • Pets must not be left unattended in the room
    • Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room
    • The guest assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet
  • Do you have smoking rooms?

    Our rooms are strictly non-smoking!
    Smoking is only allowed in designated areas on the hotel premises.
    Any financial, civil, or criminal liability rests with the violator of these regulations.

  • How can I make the payment?

    The full amount of the accommodation fee is due upon arrival! Payment can be made in cash, in Euros or Hungarian Forints. Alternatively, prepayment through bank transfer is possible if arranged with the reception during the booking process. Additionally, we accept OTP and MKB SZÉP cards.
